Our Burgers are half pound fresh ground black Angus beef, served with fries. "Boulderize" your burger and upgrade it to double meat for an extra 2.50 (Kobe burger add 6.50). Garden pasta salad or potato chips may be substituted for fries.

Kobe Burger 
A half pound burger made with Kobe beef, the most flavorful beef available. Topped with Monterey Jack cheese, red leaf lettuce, beefsteak tomato, red onion and mayo. $13.95

Lamb Burger
Fresh ground lamb blended with sun dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese and fresh herbs. Topped with prosciutto, goat cheese, spinach, beefsteak tomato, pickle, red onion, mint and basil herb mayo. $12.95
