Donation Policy

Stone Werks Big Rock Grille is very proud of the charitable work we do within our community. On an ongoing basis we have supported a variety of charitable and educational organizations in the San Antonio area. However, the frequency and size of donation requests we receive has made it necessary to modify our policies regarding charitable donations.

Each month we receive requests from deserving groups, which makes the selection process very difficult. Unfortunately, it is impossible for a business of our size to participate every time we are asked. We will select one organization each month from the requests we receive. This organization will receive a gift certificate valid at any of our four Stone Werks Big Rock Grille locations.
To be considered please submit the following information on your organization’s letterhead:

• Purpose of donation, i.e. type of event (auction, etc.)
• Date of event or donation item to be used
• Organization’s Mission and Goals
• Explain what the funds being raised will be used for
 
Please submit your request email to corporate@stonewerks.com, fax to 210-408-2551 or US Mail to 4726 College Park, San Antonio, TX 78249.
All requests must be made in writing and should be received six weeks prior to your event.
